How do I book?

You will need to complete a birthday party request form and pay a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking (non-refundable). This may be paid by credit card over the phone. The remainder of the balance is to be paid on the day of the party prior to children entering the water.

How many children can attend?

This booking allows a maximum of 20 children to attend. We also encourage adults to enter the water and keep watch during the first hour to ensure maximum safety of all children.

What happens on the day?

You are welcome to arrive half an hour early to do any setting up that you may require. The first hour will be in the pool, with a lifeguard on duty who will organise some fun games and activities with the children. The whole pool is available for your group, however for younger children or those with little swimming ability the lifeguard may section off the deep end area to ensure the safety of the children. The second hour is in the party room and courtyard. There will be no access to the pool during this hour as the pool is open to the public for casual swimming. The BBQ is available on request. To keep drinks and cakes cool you will have access to the fridge in the kiosk. All food needs to be prepared and ready to go, as there is no heating of food appliances available, unless using the BBQ.

What can’t I bring?

Strictly NO GLASS of any form, confetti/foil type sprinkles or streamer poppers. There is a hook to hang a piñata in the courtyard, but only lollies or treats are accepted – NO confetti or sparkles.

What do I bring?

Food, drinks, plastic or paper cups and plates, candles, matches, birthday cake.
