Administration

Kali Cranage
Kali is the head of administration. She has been in admin at the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre for three years. If she can do it, she will make it happen! This woman never stops.
Nellie McGann
Nellie has been a teacher at the pool for 6 years now but she has now changed rolls and is our new admin lady. Nellie also has three gorgeous children of her own, and has recently returned to us after a period of time away after having her son Hudson.

Active Award Instructors

Karina Peacock
Has been teaching aquatics as a qualified AUSTSWIM instructor for 6 years and an Assessor for the past 12months. With several years experience competing nationally for the Hobart Lifesaving Club, which she coached for a period of time, Karina has worked for a number of swimming centres and programs since the age of 14. She has always been very passionate about the sport. Karina has just had her first baby, a beautiful little girl called Amaliah. Karina is on maternity leave enjoying Amaliah cuddles and kisses and will be back with us soon.
Kesiah Herweynen
Is currently studying a Bachelor of Education degree in Launceston, and teaches at the Kingston Pool on weekends and some week nights. Kesiah holds both the AUSTSWIM and Swim Australia teaching license.
Salvador Mackey
Salvador is one of our newest teachers here at the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre. Salvador has recently completed his Austswim Teacher Swimming and Water Safety and is soon to do his Austswim Teacher of Infant and Pre-school Aquatics qualification. Salvador has a natural talent for teaching and will go far in the industry!
Erin Sykes
Erin came to us as an assistant instructor. Erin has been assisting for a number of years, and has grown beyond expectation in that time. She is now a confident and knowledgeable instructor.
Nikola Talbot
The eldest child of the Talbot family, Nikola is one of our newest instructors to join our team. Nikola is a passionate instructor, she shows a sensitivity and understanding towards the children which inspires their confidence. Nikola has a beautiful baby girl of her own, Ellie. Ellie is a happy bubbly little baby just like her mum.
Declan Cropp
Declan is a happy and friendly member of our team, he has always got a smile on his face.
Declan has a great passion for teaching , not only will you see him in the pool but you will also see him on the weekend on the pool deck and in our kiosk.
Lauren Wade
Lauren comes to us all the way from New Zealand. Lauren has friendly and bubbly personality which fits in swimmingly here at the Kingston Pool. She has a great passion for teaching and we are excited to have her on board.

Phoebe Talbot
The youngest daughter of the Talbot family, Phoebe is a hard-working individual, very bubbly and approachable!
Ryan Talbot
You will find Ryan out in the kiosk or pool deck if he is not out riding his bike! He is the son of Stuart and Tam Talbot and is very willing to learn in his new role at the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre.
Josh Raspin
Kind, well-mannered, and on the ball, Josh is a swimmer himself and enjoys being around a pool or beach environment.
Ally Fisher

Bright and bubbly Ally is a new a face here Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre. Ally has always wanted to be a swimming teacher and is now a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety. In her spare time, you will find Ally on the net ball courts and also down at the checkouts at Coles. She is one busy girl!

Assistant Teachers

Kirsten Ambrose
Is a previous student of the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre, and has a natural talent for swimming herself, which will be invaluable in her future teaching career.
Jeanette Appleby
Jeanette is a busy Mum to 3 beautiful kids. Jeanette asssists Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon and is in training to become a Teacher of Water Saftey. You will also find Jeanette on a Thursday moning in our creche.
Sarah Levett
Sarah shows a great passion for teaching swimming. Always with a smile on her face, Sarah is keen and eager to learn all that ther is to becoming a Teacher.

Management

Stuart Talbot
The proud owner of the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre, Stuart has previously been a client and employee of the pool himself. Stuart often lifeguards on weekday mornings, is on deck during weekends, and is in the process of completing his AUSTSWIM teaching license.
Mark Cranage
Has an amazing array of knowledge and experience behind him in the aquatic industry. Between building his own business, Total Health and Rehabilitation, and taking on a managerial role at the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre, Mark is your go to man!

Creche

Catherine Glowacki
With three bundles of joy of her own, Catherine has got the kids covered! She might just be Wonder Woman! Her youngest daughter Ebony is a very active member of the Kingston Pool family.

Active and Wonder Award Instructors

Alexis Varndell
After completing her traineeship and Cert III in Sport and Recreation at the Kingston Pool, Alexis continued to teach as a Wonder and Active instructor. With a particular passion for teaching infants, Alexis is your go to for any advice or knowledge about the younger levels! She has now been working for the business for 6 years. Alexis is the best story teller and has everyone in tears with laughter at some point during the day! Alexis is has just had two beautiful twin boys, Noah and Jack. She has just come back to us after being on maternity leave and is here a couple of days a week.
Alyce Coulson
Has completed her traineeship and Cert III in Sport and Recreation at the Kingston Pool, has recently taken on an administrative role in the kiosk during weekday mornings, and continues to instruct during the afternoons. Alyce loves her sport and is always up for a game of netball. Alyce also loves to dance competitively (and also around the pool deck when she thinks no one is watching)
Caitlin Burns
When she’s not teaching learn to swim, she is instructing aqua aerobics, and when she’s not doing either of those she is working for her own business Catch Cleaning and Gardening, and looking after her two beautiful sons. Busy woman!
Amanda Batchelor
Amanda comes to use with many years of experince and qualifactions under her belt. Amanda is a Teacher of Infant and Aquatics, Teacher of Swimming and Water saftey, Teacher of Adults, Aqua Instructor and has her Cert 3 in fitness. When not in the pool, Amanda enjoys walking, running,photography and craft.
Roelien Hidding
Roelien is AUSTSWIM qualified in both Swimming and Water Safety and Infants and Preschool Aquatics. Roelien is a very experienced teacher and has a great passion for teaching.
Sarah Lyden
Sarah has been with us for a long time and is a very friendly and familair face on the weekends here at the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre. Sarah just loves the bubs! She is incredibly academic and well-travelled! Sarah works weekends as both a Wonder and Active instructor.

Tam Talbot
Tam Talbot is a co-owner of the Kingston Pool and Wellness Centre with her husband Stuart. Tam is a qualified personal trainer and brings with her a knowledge and passion that she utilised in her aqua classes.
Amanda Batchelor

Lifegards

Richard McNair
Richard has returned to us after a few years at Uni.
You will see Richard around the pool deck week day mornings and on weekends. Richard is a great host at our birthday parties and is great with the kids!
Lachie Tilbrook
You will see Lachie most afternoons and some weekends in our kiosk and around the deck. Lachie is also a teacher of Water and Swimming Safety and will be assisting with our Squad classes.
