Job Description (2 month project)

We are seeking four Order Pickers for a large paint packaging facility. This position is on the 1st shift, running from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Initially, this is a contract position for two months with the possibility of extension or direct hire based on performance.

Rearranging paint brushes - $20.50

5:30am to 2pm (M- F)

Responsibilities

• Pull and package orders accurately and efficiently.
• Label and relabel products as needed.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking.
• Move gallons of paint within the warehouse, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Utilize RF Scanners for order picking and inventory management.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in using RF Scanners
• Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and inventory management

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Steel-toed shoes are required
• Entry-level position; no prior experience needed

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse setting. The work schedule is stable with typically 40-hour work weeks. Many employees transition from contract to permanent roles, enjoying a collaborative and friendly atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Ana, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
