Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to various departments and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations

- Assist with organizing and maintaining company records and files

- Process and track invoices and expenses

- Order and maintain office supplies

- Greet and assist visitors and clients

- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events

- Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Proactive and able to work independently

- Knowledge of aerospace industry is a plus
