Job Title: Assembly Line Production Associate
Job Description

This role focuses on assembling seat components on a production line using basic hand and power tools in a modern, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. You will contribute directly to the quality and efficiency of the production process while working on a consistent schedule that includes mandatory overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble seat components on a production line according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
  • Follow work instructions, diagrams, and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent assembly.
  • Maintain a steady work pace while standing for the duration of the shift.
  • Support production goals by working mandatory overtime as required, typically 50–60 hours per week.
  • Transition from first shift to second shift as scheduled and adapt to updated shift hours.
  • Inspect assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues promptly.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures when operating tools and working on the line.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Essential Skills
  • Experience working on an assembly line or in a production environment.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and confidently.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with mechanical components.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime, typically 50–60 hours per week.
  • Reliability and consistency in attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality assembly work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume production or assembly line setting.
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing shift schedules, including transitioning from first shift to second shift.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in a production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
