A leading RV and camper manufacturer in Lancaster is looking for reliable Assembly Technicians to join their production team. This is a hands‑on role building high‑quality recreational vehicles in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble various RV components including frames, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and interior hardware

Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely

Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions

Perform quality checks to ensure all builds meet production standards

Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production goals

Requirements

Previous assembly, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Comfortable working in a physical environment (standing, lifting, bending)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed

Experience Level:

Entry - Intermediate

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
