As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced Asset Manager to join the team onsite in Mesa, AZ. Reporting to the Service Operations Excellence Manager, the position is responsible for managing the lifecycle, performance, and utilization of company assets, including the fleet, equipment inventory, and training center. This role ensures assets are available, well-maintained, and aligned with operational and strategic goals.
An overview of your responsibilities!

  • Procurement & Cost Control:
    Drive purchase requisitions (PRs) while ensuring cost visibility, budget alignment, and efficient spend management.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and utilization of company vehicles.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Monitor usage, maintenance schedules, and implement programs to maximize asset lifespan and reliability.
  • Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate records and manage asset tracking systems (CMMS or similar).
  • Reporting & Optimization: Report performance, recommend improvements, and support budgeting or ROI tracking.
  • Facility Management: Support the build out and ensure training facilities and equipment are managed, maintained, and reflect current field standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all assets meet safety, DOT, and company standards.
What you'll need, among other things!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years in asset, fleet, or equipment management.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and asset tracking systems
  • Experience with procurement and vendor management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Industrial, manufacturing, construction experience and/or DOT compliance knowledge is strongly preferred.
