Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automobile Lot Porter to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle inventory lot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the organization, presentation, and physical movement of all vehicles on the lot, ensuring a clean, professional, and customer-friendly appearance. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with a team, and a commitment to maintaining high dealership standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the layout, organization, and appearance of all vehicles on the lot to maximize visual appeal and sales potential.
• Coordinate vehicle movement between service, detail, and sales departments.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and pick ups as required.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly tagged with price stickers and buyer's guides.
• Conduct daily lot audits to verify vehicle location and condition.
• Support special event setup, seasonal displays, and dealership promotions as needed.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of lot and surrounding areas, including snow/ice removal if applicable.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong team coordination skills.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic).
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in basic computer and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
