We are seeking a proven General Sales Manager to lead, structure, and continue driving growth within our sales department. Job Description Landers Ford is hiring an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) to oversee all aspects of new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for sales performance, gross profit, inventory strategy, desking, team development, and process execution. This is not a desk-only position. The right candidate will be hands-on, performance-driven, and actively engaged in daily sales operations, coaching, and deal structure.
