A high volume and fast-growing automotive dealership is seeking an experienced and results driven General Sales Manager to lead and elevate the sales operation. This role is ideal for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a high performance environment and knows how to build, train, and manage a winning team.
The General Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department while driving volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position requires a hands on leader who can manage the desk, develop managers and sales consultants, and implement processes that consistently deliver results.
