TEKsystems is currently looking for customer service professionals to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Position: Delinquency Control Counselor (Early Stage Collections Rep)

Start Date: May 12, 2026

Job Description:

• Control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections
• Provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss
• 80-100 Outbound calls per day
• Explain and communicate relinquishing options such as settlements and bankruptcy
• Entry level opportunity to get your foot in the door in the banking/financial field

Skills & Qualifications:

• Call center environment, auto-dialer experience
• Retail, sales, financial, or service industry experience
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while communicating professionally

Schedule:

• Full time 40 hours/Must be available Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Will work 3 Saturdays per month with a weekday off
• Opportunity to work hybrid if internet requirements are met (3 days onsite per week)

Internet Requirements to work hybrid:

• Must have cable or fiber optic internet service (T Mobile is not a compatible provider)
• Direct access to plug into router within 8-10ft
• Have a distraction free environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
