Job Description

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist
2. 4 7 years of experience working with both Power BI and Tableau including hands-on development of reports, dashboards, and data models and a demonstrated ability to translate raw data into visually meaningful insights for decision-makers.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. 4-7 years - Proficiency in SQL, including T-SQL, SSRS, Power Query, and data extraction techniques.
2. 4-7 years - Familiarity with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and complex calculations in Power BI.
3. 4-7 years - Experience with data modeling techniques and relational database design.
4. 4 years of experience using data warehouse concepts and enterprise-level reporting strategies.
5. 4-7 years - Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns and anomalies in large datasets.
6. 4-7 years - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when presenting data to executive leadership or cross-agency partners. Please be prepared to provide examples.
7. 4-7 years - Experience working in public sector environments or with inter-agency collaboration teams.
