Requirements

Qualifications for the Store Associate role include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and provide information.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Attention to detail to maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory tasks.
