Grow and manage a commercial loan and deposit portfolio within the Tallahassee market.
Leverage existing relationships and identify new business opportunities with middle-market and small-business clients.
Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure commercial lending solutions.
Provide tailored banking solutions, including commercial loans, real estate financing, treasury/cash management, and business deposit services.
Partner closely with credit, treasury, retail, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Maintain a strong community presence and represent the bank at networking events and business associations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk management standards, and banking regulations.
Must be based in the Tallahassee market with strong local business relationships.
Proven experience as a Commercial Banker, Relationship Manager, or Business Banker.
Established book of business and demonstrated ability to grow a commercial portfolio.
Strong understanding of commercial credit, underwriting fundamentals, and financial analysis.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
