Summary: Responsible for the fabrication of appliances according to Great Lakes Dental Technologies procedures and standards.
Department: Laboratory
Functions: Pumice and Polish, Model Prep, Wirebender, Trimmer, Acrylic, Biostar, Banding, Pour and Dupe, Quality Control, Nylon.

Interprets prescriptions (RX) and verifies the doctors instructions. Checks products due dates and prioritizes work by completing work in order due. Completes assigned processes according to Great Lakes standards and time constraints. Performs Quality checks on product. Maintains Laboratory equipment. Maintains clean laboratory workspace. Cross trains on required laboratory jobs. Performs assigned work functions as production requires. Remains current and adheres to all safety and occupational health policies and procedures.Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:
