Role Description:
We sell online personal development programs and live events. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to expand our customer base both nationally and internationally. Responsibilities include daily communication with potential clients and associates, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, team leadership, and personal development. The right candidate will be highly self-motivated with the desire for personal achievement and contribution to society.
Requirements:
- Advanced operator with 11 + years of professional experience in marketing and/or leadership
- The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
- Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude
- Have the goal to make multiple 6 figures a year
- Professional and personable communication style
- Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)
- True willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
