Job Position
Male Foreign Drama Teacher
(Candidates who can also take on the Music Teacher role will be given priority consideration)
Job Responsibilities
1. Undertake drama teaching work mainly for primary school students, design and implement age-appropriate drama courses, cultivate students' interest in performing arts, expressive ability and creative thinking, and create a lively and interactive classroom atmosphere.
2. Teach 1-2 elective drama courses for middle school students every week, develop advanced teaching plans for middle school students, guide students in drama performance, script creation and stage practice, and organize small-scale campus drama performances and art activities.
3. Cooperate with the school's art teaching team to complete teaching research, curriculum development and student art evaluation work; if qualified for music teaching, undertake corresponding music classroom teaching and extracurricular music guidance tasks simultaneously.
4. Abide by the school's teaching management regulations, actively participate in school training, teaching meetings and various cultural and art activities, and promote the development of the school's art education.
Job Requirements
1. Male candidate, with a bachelor's degree or above in Drama, Performing Arts, Music Education, Theater Studies or related majors.
2. Possess relevant teaching qualifications and teaching experience; experience in international school drama/music teaching is highly preferred.
3. Native English speakers are preferred; non-native English speakers must have fluent and standard oral English, clear pronunciation, and no language barriers in teaching.
4. Love education and artistic teaching, have a cheerful personality, patience and sense of responsibility, and be good at communicating with primary and middle school students.
5. Have solid professional skills in drama, with stage performance, drama directing or script writing experience; candidates with music teaching ability (vocal, instrumental music, etc.) will be prioritized.
6. Abide by Chinese laws and school rules, and be able to ensure on-time onboarding in August 2026 and complete the teaching work stably.
Salary & Welfare Package
1. Competitive Salary:- Non-native English speakers: Monthly salary of 26,000-28,000 RMB
- Native English speakers: Monthly salary of 28,000-30,000 RMB
