We're looking for a Full-Time Embroidery Operator to join our production team in Barneveld, WI. We provide hands-on training so you can learn the skills needed to operate our embroidery machines and bring premium golf apparel to life.
Operate a 6-head embroidery machine to apply custom logos and designs to garments.
Follow production work orders to ensure correct logo, thread colors, and placement.
Hoop and prepare garments for embroidery.
Load thread colors, monitor the stitching process, and make adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished items for quality and accuracy.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions with arms and hands.
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous embroidery or apparel production experience.
