By leading the incident learning process and championing sustainability initiatives, you will transform operational risks into opportunities for continuous improvement and cultural growth.

salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and refine the environmental and safety processes for the facility, exceeding local and federal standards.
  • Culture of Learning: Champion the "incident learning process" to turn every challenge into a continuous improvement opportunity.
  • Hands-On Engagement: Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor, conducting risk analyses and building trust-based relationships with both hourly staff and leadership.
  • Sustainability Driver: Manage EMS initiatives and environmental compliance (CAA, CWA, RCRA), including carbon emission tracking and stormwater inspections.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Develop and present impactful KPIs that provide a clear pulse on the site’s safety health.

The essential functions of this role include:
