Equipment Operator

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18.61 - $19.91 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Equipment Operator:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks in a timely manner
• Move finished goods and materials throughout the warehouse
• Stack, stage, and organize pallets accurately
• Perform inventory and material tracking as needed
• Assist with general warehouse tasks (wrapping pallets, cleaning, organizing, production support)
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Complete equipment inspections before and after use

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous forklift experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test
• Must provide an updated resume with solid work history
• Flexible availability (varied shifts, overtime as needed)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Background check and drug test required
