Join Our Team as a Entry Level Marketing Specialist Coordinator at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless execution of various events ranging from corporate conferences and trade shows to concerts and community festivals. The ideal Event Staff member is a friendly, proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds Responsibilities:

Assist with the set-up and breakdown of event equipment and materials
Greet and direct guests, providing information and assistance as needed
Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed
Help manage crowd control and maintain orderly conduct throughout the event
Support vendors and exhibitors with logistical needs and coordination
Distribute promotional materials and event programs to attendees

Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-service orientation
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
