Slate is hiring for both Cleaner and Lead Cleaner — one position for each. After interviews, we'll determine which role is the best fit based on your experience and availability.
This is a night shift, part-time role — work takes place after 9pm. You'll spend 1 hour at each of 1 location, three times a week.
📅 Schedule: ~3 hours/week — your choice of Mon / Wed / Fri or Tue / Thu / Sat
💰 Pay depends on the role — and both earn more with bonuses.
• Cleaner: $17.10/hr
• Lead Cleaner: $21.50/hr
Performance Bonus — Earn $10 for every 4 or 5-star review received from the client. Top performers earn up to $150 extra per month.
New Hire Attendance Bonus ✅ Attend every scheduled clean in your first month → earn a 25% bonus on everything you made that month (~$51.30 as Cleaner / ~$64.50 as Lead)
