About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Flight and Dispatch Coordinator to join our aviation operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our private charter aircraft fleet. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flight operations in compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations and the General Operations Manual. 
• Maintain operational control, including trip coordination, flight tracking, and communication with crew and leadership. 
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international trips, including permits, customs, and required documentation. 
• Monitor active flights to ensure safety and operational awareness. 
• Manage aircraft scheduling and communicate operational updates to relevant teams. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or aviation-related education preferred. 
• Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination preferred. 
• Knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations is highly desirable. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operational coordination.
