Position: Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and packaging designs. You will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create visually appealing and effective graphics for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media graphics, and packaging designs

- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that align with our brand identity

- Present design ideas and concepts to the team and incorporate feedback to refine designs

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity

- Communicate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of designs

- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

- Experience with print production and working with external vendors

- Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements is a plus
