Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to provide technical support and assistance within our organisation. In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring that our employees have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to support requests from employees in a timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
Install and configure computer systems and applications.
Provide training and support to staff on new technologies.
Document support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
Assist in maintaining and updating IT inventory.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar technical support role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A relevant IT qualification or certification is advantageous.
Nice to have
Experience with remote support tools.
Knowledge of network protocols and configurations.
Familiarity with ITIL framework.
