Now Hiring: International Trade Partner - Pittsburgh, PA
Are you an experienced International Trade Attorney ready to take your practice to the next level in a dynamic, entrepreneurial law firm ? We're looking for a highly motivated and collegial Partner to join our growing Pittsburgh office. This is a unique opportunity for an established attorney with a proven track record and a small book of business to expand their impact within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Bring:
* ✅ Active Pennsylvania Bar License (required)
* ✅ Significant law firm experience in international trade matters
* ✅ A portable book of business
* ✅ A collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Key Experience & Skills:
* Advising U.S. and foreign clients on investment regulations and navigating the CFIUS review process
* Guiding clients through U.S. Customs regulations , import compliance , and trade preference programs (e.g., USMCA , CAFTA )
* Handling trade remedies (e.g., AD/CVD , Section 301 )
* Counseling clients on U.S. export controls : EAR , ITAR , and OFAC sanctions
* Communicating with regulators on investigations, protests, voluntary disclosures , and settlements
* Trade litigation experience is a plus
