responsibilities:
- Drive new technology testing at Our Client's facilities, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions to division support.
- Deliver expert remote and on-site troubleshooting for complex equipment, software, and firmware issues.
- Manage firmware validation and log critical quality data to ensure the readiness of integrated systems for Our Client.
- Collaborate to validate technical procedures while meticulously overseeing the release, shipping, and receiving of vital test parts.
