Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple Mid-West states, with current openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health.

• Provide psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment (individual, group, family) to nursing home residents.
• Manage 10-15 patients daily with flexibility to accommodate schedules and promote work-life balance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper clinical documentation.
• Offer a daytime, part-time role with autonomy, clinical support, and modern electronic charting.
• Qualifications include LMSW license, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology; experience in nursing homes and Medicare standards is a plus.
