Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and support processes.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in live chat support.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and chat support software.
A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
