Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Portage, IN.
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Job Duties:
Operate and monitor production and packaging machines
Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
Complete daily paperwork and production documentation
Perform routine machine cleaning and inspections
Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
Requirements:
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (food production a plus)
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
