What We’re Looking For:

• Technical knowledge to operate basic tools
• Previous experience in a related field
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Flexible schedule availability

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Associate (Utility Mill):

• Use common hand and power tools
• Perform equipment inspections before and after operation
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Clean and maintain workstations while adhering to safety policies
• Track parts and materials
• Support general plant sanitation and upkeep
• Inspect, clean, and prepare rail cars for loading
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and maintain records
