Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a top entertainment company out of their offices in Los Angeles, CA!

Responsibilities:

Coordinates administrative needs for the digital asset management platform
Coordinates administrative requirements to support International Market Research requests
Works with Managers and Exec Director to establish localization schedules
Supports Managers with all schedules pertaining to vendor deliveries
Provides continuous communication with individual distribution offices for specific territory requirements
Provides quality assurance reviews of English source assets and localized marketing materials as needed
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities across multiple global campaigns
Reliable follow-through on small but critical tasks; strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software
