Job Title: Operator

Location: Pleasanton, CA

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices like pacemakers and ICDs.
• Use tools such as tweezers, epoxy dispensers, calipers, and microscope (soldering experience is a plus).
• Follow standard procedures, safety rules, and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for quality and traceability.
• Inspect products carefully to ensure high quality.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.
• Handle small parts and work with attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow written/verbal instructions required.

Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
