MIG/TIG Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.50 to $28.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Thursday from 08:00pm to 06:00am )

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to assemble and fabricate metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect welds and finished parts, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Work independently on night shift while meeting production goals and quality standards.

MIG/TIG Welder Qualifications:

• Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required; fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, follow measurements, and produce accurate, high-quality welds.
• Comfortable working independently on night shift and meeting production and quality goals.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely as part of daily work.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for skilled welders.
