What You'll Do:

  • Assess participants and develop individualized music therapy plans
  • Facilitate individual and group music therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support participant goals
  • Document session outcomes and evaluate effectiveness of interventions
  • Educate staff and families on the benefits of music therapy

What You'll Need:

  • Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with valid MA licensure
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Therapy is preferred
  • Experience working with seniors, dementia, or Alzheimer’s populations
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
