Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) to lead daily operations at a 160-bed high-acuity skilled nursing facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional resident care. This role reports to regional leadership and offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all daily operations of the skilled nursing facility

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including CMS standards

- Lead and develop a high-performing team including the Director of Nursing (DON) and department heads

- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational efficiency

- Maintain survey readiness and lead state survey processes

- Foster a culture of quality care, safety, and employee engagement

- Collaborate with corporate and regional support teams

Requirements:

- Active Alabama Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (Required)

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Executive Director in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility

- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey processes, and long-term care compliance

- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams

- Experience with budget management and operational oversight

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in high-acuity SNF environments

- Multi-site or corporate-level long-term care experience

- Clinical background (nursing, therapy, etc.) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 annually
