What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive women’s health services including:

• Office-based care
• Deliveries
• Inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, effective care that promotes health and well-being
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
• Navigate and utilize healthcare systems to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain regular office hours and participate in call coverage (including weekends and holidays)
• Engage in departmental meetings and committees
• Support recruitment efforts and represent Optum in the community

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Active Nevada medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range : $318,275 to $472,626/year (based on experience and performance metrics)
