Online Chat Support Agent | Training Provided | Immediate Start

In this role, you’ll assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and providing a positive support experience. What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about services, orders, or general support topics
Document conversations and update customer records when needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
