Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Optometrist looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and thriving community? We are excited to announce a full-time Optometrist position at this established federally qualified community health center in Summersville, WV. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to see 2-3 patients per hour, allowing you to provide quality care in a welcoming environment. We seek a team player who is committed to making a positive impact on our rural community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough eye exams to assess vision and diagnose conditions related to the eye.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, and treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide patient education on eye health, contact lens usage, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
• Valid CPR certificate
