Sullivan Arena, a premier event venue in Anchorage, Alaska, hosts a variety of exciting events, including concerts, sports games, and community gatherings. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Parking Lot Attendants / Lot Cashiers to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests.

Position Overview:
As a Parking Lot Attendant / Lot Cashier , you’ll manage parking operations, assist guests, process transactions, and maintain a safe and organized lot. This is an ideal part-time opportunity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist event attendees with a positive, professional attitude.
• Process parking fees via cash, debit, and credit, ensuring accuracy.
• Direct vehicles to available spaces efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and address any parking lot issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lot.
• Provide directions and event information to guests.
• Assist with additional parking tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with debit/credit processing preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background inquiry.

We’re looking for someone available for weekend evening shifts and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including snow. Pay begins at 17.50 an hour. If you’re dependable, flexible, and ready to work in the elements, this role is for you!
