Job Description

About Lucidya

Lucidya is a fast-growing technology company empowering organizations across the MENA region with cutting-edge customer experience (CX) and data analytics solutions. As we scale, we’re committed to building a high-performing culture grounded in agility, innovation, and trust.

Why This Role Matters

We’re hiring a People & Admin Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our People function in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role that ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day HR activities and administrative operations. You’ll be the key link between our Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Finance, and Administration teams, making sure data is accurate, processes are timely, and employees are supported at every step.

Without someone in this seat, we risk operational inefficiencies across payroll, onboarding, documentation, and office management. Your role is essential in maintaining compliance, improving our employee experience, and ensuring Lucidya’s continued growth.

Requirements

People Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS system
  • Lead monthly payroll preparation in collaboration with the Finance team (absences, leaves, EOS, expense claims, etc.)
  • Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal People policies
  • Be the point of contact post-offer to collect documents, draft and share employment contracts, and initiate onboarding
  • Manage travel logistics including hotel and airline bookings for staff
  • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook regularly
  • Support benefit administration: insurance, leave tracking, gratuity, and other entitlements
  • Draft and issue employee letters and formal documents upon request
  • Serve as the go-to person for employees with policy, process, or procedural questions

Administration & Office Management

  • Manage the inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and facilities providers to ensure office upkeep
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers
  • Ensure physical workspace supports a productive, efficient, and engaging environment

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

  • Saudi national
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR operations or admin roles, ideally in a startup or tech environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Experience with modern HRIS or payroll systems (ZenHR, BambooHR, Gusto, ADP)

Soft Skills We Value

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to link HR operations to business outcomes
  • Proactive mindset: challenges the status quo and introduces scalable ideas
  • Legal literacy: understands how labor law impacts HR decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach

What Success Looks Like

  • 100% accuracy and timeliness in payroll and employee data
  • Offer letters and contracts issued without delay
  • Seamless onboarding execution
  • Employee handbook is current and aligned with company values and regulations
  • Travel and office logistics are handled efficiently
  • High compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

First 90–120 Days

  • Own and improve all HR administrative processes
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase scalability
  • Gain a full understanding of Lucidya’s people and culture environment and make meaningful contributions to its evolution

Ready to be the operational engine of Lucidya’s People team? Apply now and help us build an efficient, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
