At PepsiCo Veurne , we are looking for a Process Lead & Specialist who is committed to achieving zero losses , raising standards and building strong technical capabilities within our teams. You are the driving force behind process optimisation, knowledge‑building and innovation.
Verantwoordelijkheden What will you do?
Process Improvement & Standardisation
- Identify and eliminate process losses.
- Develop new standards and ensure our Daily Management Systems (DMS) run effectively.
Data & Change Management
- Design and maintain data analysis systems.
- Lead change management and validate process changes.
Coaching & Capability Building
- Coach line teams and further develop the SET structure (Site Expert Trainers).
- Ensure strong knowledge transfer and capability building across teams.
Technical Expertise
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues.
- Support troubleshooting, improvement initiatives and investments in the processing area.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Coordinate R&D tests, promote best practices and work closely with Line Leads, Maintenance Leads and Engineers.
Kwalificaties Who are you?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or specialist role in a production environment. Or
- Ambitious graduates (Bachelor or Master) in Food Technology, Process Technology, Bio‑engineering, Industrial Sciences or similar fields who want to build a career in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communicator, coach and true team player.
- Flexible and hands‑on—comfortable participating in changeovers and planned stops.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with good spoken French.

Qualifications Wie ben jij?
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of specialistische rol in een productieomgeving. Of We verwelkomen zowel ervaren professionals als jonge talenten met een bachelor of master diploma in voeding, procestechnologie, bio-ingenieur, industriële wetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting , die ambitie tonen om binnen de FMCG-sector hun eerste carrièrestappen te zetten.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden .
- Communicatief sterk, coachend en een echte teamspeler.
- Flexibel en hands-on: je bent bereid actief deel te nemen aan changeovers en geplande stops.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.
