Job Description

Okie Staffing is hiring a Non-CDL Driver / Yard Associate for a construction materials company specializing in rebar, forming lumber, and job site materials. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

Located in Tulsa, OK

Pay: $16.00

Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays Required

Overtime: Required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials (rebar, lumber, forming supplies)
• Safely transport materials locally when needed (non-CDL vehicles)
• Read and use a tape measure accurately for material handling and verification
• Support yard operations including organizing, staging, and pulling orders
• Assist with general labor duties as needed across the yard and warehouse
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work overtime and some Saturdays based on business needs

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License (Non-CDL) required
• Must have a clean MVR
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn multiple roles and take direction
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Reliable work history and strong attendance

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in construction, lumber yard, or material handling
• Experience loading/unloading trucks or working in a yard environment

Benefits

Pay: $14.00 to 16.00 hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays Required

Overtime: Required as needed
