We’re looking for driven, full-cycle sales professionals who can own the entire sales process—from knocking doors to closing deals—and want to earn based on performance.
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative , you will generate your own opportunities, inspect properties, and guide homeowners through roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
This is a true full-cycle role —you are responsible for:
Prospecting
Setting appointments
Running inspections
Presenting solutions
Closing deals

Canvass neighborhoods and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach
Identify storm damage and exterior project opportunities
Perform roof and property inspections (training provided)
Educate homeowners on roofing, restoration, and insurance processes
Present solutions and close deals on the spot or through follow-up
Manage the full customer journey from first contact to signed agreement
Build trust and maintain a high standard of customer experience
Experience in door-to-door, roofing, or in-home sales preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs (training provided)
