Your New Role

• Oversee and enforce safety programs across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical operations in Chandler, Arizona

• Conduct routine job site safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

• Train and coach technicians on safety procedures, best practices, and hazard recognition

• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions

• Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation

• Partner with leadership and field teams to improve safety performance and reduce risk

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols

• Support onboarding and ongoing safety training for all field employees

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety coordination or safety compliance role within construction, plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety standards

• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions

• Experience conducting safety training and job site inspections

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail in reporting and documentation

• Ability to work with field technicians and leadership teams to enforce standards

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background and pre-employment screening
