Oversee and enforce safety programs across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical operations in Chandler, Arizona
Conduct routine job site safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Train and coach technicians on safety procedures, best practices, and hazard recognition
Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions
Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
Partner with leadership and field teams to improve safety performance and reduce risk
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols
Support onboarding and ongoing safety training for all field employees

Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety coordination or safety compliance role within construction, plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety standards
Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Experience conducting safety training and job site inspections
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized with attention to detail in reporting and documentation
Ability to work with field technicians and leadership teams to enforce standards
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background and pre-employment screening
