Compensation is structured as fee-for-service. MD/DOs are paid $50 per completed encounter, plus eligibility for incentives. Fully empaneled PCPs typically earn the equivalent of $100–$200 per hour based on visit volume and mix (15–30 minute visits). There is no guaranteed minimum compensation or required visit volume.
Physicians may elect to provide telemedicine services according to their availability and may also elect to schedule in-person clinic sessions at our San Francisco location by selecting from available clinic blocks, at their discretion, that meet their scheduling preferences. Physicians receive a $250 flat stipend for each in-person session they elect to schedule, in addition to per-encounter compensation. At all times, physicians independently control the manner and means by which they deliver services, including clinical judgment, scheduling decisions, and acceptance of service opportunities. Physicians are free to work for other medical practices and are not subject to exclusivity.***Applicants must live in San Francisco, CA or surrounding area
We are a 7-day-a-week operation offering PCPs the freedom to set their own reoccurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends.
Independent PCPs are also supported by a strong team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical clinical team who work with you to ensure our patients get the care and follow-up they need.
