SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provides high quality scheduling experience for the patients of Penn State Health. Deploys excellent customer service engagement skills by phone. Schedules accurately for all specialty area supported in Peds Specialties Clinic against scheduling guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Prior Call Center, Healthcare IT, or Healthcare operational experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background preferred.
