A B2B SaaS org have grown from 0 to 300 clients (mostly enterprise) in under 2 years, from mostly founder-led sales. They've done a great job going from 0-1, but are now building out their sales team to take them from 1-100.
You will:Identify customers in the ICP
Build an outbound engine and be relentless in outbound sales - phone, email and whatever else gets them to meet!
Schedule 20 qualified meetings with AEs (quota)
We're looking for individuals with:
2+ years SDR experience in a SaaS organisation
Proven experience being a top performer - consistently overachiever of quota
Comp range: $60 - $70K base ($108 - $118K OTE) + equity
