Job Description

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will architect and develop robust solutions utilizing Node.js, AWS, and advanced AI technologies. This role is pivotal in designing scalable microservices and driving backend excellence within a dynamic, fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend services using Node.js and AWS.
• Architect and implement microservices, ensuring scalability and reliability across distributed systems.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence capabilities to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align backend solutions with product goals and technical requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and code standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues to maintain high system availability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.

• Expert proficiency in Node.js, with proven experience delivering production-grade backend systems.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services for application deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
• Strong experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence integration in backend workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Background in building secure, high-availability systems at scale.
• Previous exposure to Agile development methodologies.
