Senior Consultant, SAP Signavio Professional Services

 

SAP Signavio is currently recruiting for a Senior SAP Consultant to support the delivery/implementation of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. With an extensive background in analytics and ETL advanced topics, the successful candidate will work with the business and technical stakeholders to implement process mining use cases and generate insights/recommendations from Process Intelligence. ​

 

Professional Qualifications and Work Experience: 

 

  • Technical Skills: Data Mining, Business Process Mapping and Analytics; Candidates with 2+ years of IT related Business Consulting or Senior Professional Services Delivery roles. Ideally, an experienced process mining professional with multiple years of experience implementing Big Data, BI/Analytics, Process Mining, or rRPA projects for multiple clients across geographies
  • Experience with SAP ERP (S4, ECC) Process, Integrations and Reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Data Mining, Data Extraction and Transformation, Business Process Mapping, Analytics and Data Visualization; Candidates with experience in Business Intelligence, Value Realization and Data Mining/Integration are well suited to this role. Complimentary technical skills include Process Modelling, Enterprise Architecture Documentation, BPMN Consulting Skills
  • Business Advisory Skills: Experience delivering the findings to all relevant stakeholders including top management, as well as building a knowledge base for customer enablement, to ensure further successful rollouts
  • Experience within a global consulting team (e.g. SAP CS&S or Partner)
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field (e.g. engineering, computer science, etc.)
  • Process Automation Experience (> 2 years) would be valuable

 

Responsibilities of Role:  

 

  • You will work closely with our clients to deploy our SAP Signavio solutions (Process Manager, Process Governance, Process Intelligence) 
  • Professional Services delivery to contracted terms and scope: Most Signavio Engagements involve Signavio product configuration, enablement workshops, data connections, value investigations, analytics visualizations and KPI Dashboards and formal “read-outs” with customers of findings and recommendations. 
  • Most Signavio PS Engagements involve supporting SAP customers and their SAP Partners Signavio Product Adoption journey and resolving technical challenges that slow adoption and results. You will be the SAP Signavio Subject Matter Expert (SME) on contract.
  • You will provide technical consulting expertise and best practice knowledge for the following: 
    • System and data integration between client systems and our Signavio solution (Custom Data Connectors) 
    • Customization of Signavio solution, including modification of PI Scripts 
    • BPM content migration from other BPM tools (e.g. ARIS, Adonis, BIC, ViFlow, etc.) to Signavio 
  • You will analyzing technical requirements, providing expertise on possible solutions, and implementing/deploying those solutions 
  • You will prioritize meeting customers goals on time and within budget 
  • You will work closely with engineers and consulting teammates on product improvements/methodologies 
  • You will share knowledge and be an active team player, to contribute to company objectives

 

Valuable, Complimentary Skills:

 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 
  • Some experience in programming or scripting (ideally in Python/Javascript/Java or SQL) 
  • In-depth knowledge in programming with REST APIs 
  • Knowledge of software architecture and software design concepts including cloud infrastructure 
  • Experience with various database systems, consuming, and mining data 
  • Familiarity with process modeling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0 
  • Fluent in English (Spanish & Portuguese also valued)
  • Self-motivated, you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization 
  • Team player by contributing, learning, and sharing new knowledge and ideas

The targeted combined range for this position is 92100 - 208500(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
